Delivery times may be affected by agents external to the trade, such as weather factors, environmental and health contingencies, general delays in parcel service, theft, loss, etc.
The parcel service is reserved to provide the service to specific destinations due to natural disasters, weather phenomena or areas affected by hurricanes, earthquakes, etc. This may be a reason for canceling the order for reasons beyond the control of Tienda Pumas.
The products sold through the site www.tiendapumas.com will be processed after payment for the product has been confirmed, that is, when the payment service providers confirm that the payment has been made correctly.
IMPORTANT: The delivery time begins from the confirmation of payment and validation of the existence of the product in the warehouse (pre-sales), a date that is not necessarily the same as the day the order was generated, since payment validation with credit or debit card it may take up to 48 business hours (weekends and holidays do not count).
In the case of orders with payment reference, the customer has a period of 4 hours to make the payment over the counter or electronically. Otherwise,the order will be canceled automatically.
In the event that the system detects any vulnerability during the purchase, for security reasons and in order to avoid further harm to the customer, the order will be automatically canceled . If this were to happen, the customer will be refunded the corresponding amount and will have the possibility of making their purchase again through another payment method.
Once payment is confirmed, the product will be packaged and sent via parcel service to the shipping address provided by the customer in their purchase.
The shipping cost varies depending on the total weight of the products purchased and the geographical location of the recipient, the customer may check the shipping cost before confirming their payment.
Shipments are only made within the Mexican Republic and to the United States of America (restrictions apply).
In the event that the delivery location is difficult to access, up to 10 additional days will be added to the initially scheduled period.
If the product is stolen or lost during delivery, “Tienda Pumas” undertakes to send the product back to the customer as soon as it has the report confirming the theft or loss.
The parcel makes 3 delivery attempts, if the recipient is not located, the delivery data is incorrect or there is no additional information about the buyer, the package will be returned to “Tienda Pumas”, the order will be canceled and refunded to the customer (as long as the product is not personalized). If the product is personalized, it will not be canceled or refunded.
